Marlowe had a great Christmas in Philadelphia, then headed down to D.C. on the 27th. In addition to a healthy dose of Holiday Cheer, Marlowe received some exciting gifts, including:


a piano like the one he often plays at Bia's house;


a tennis racquet from his Uncle G.;



a set of golf clubs and a new drum from his Uncle Bill and Aunt Alice;


and a new tricycle.

Marlowe is really enjoying the basketball hoop he recently received from Grandma and Grandpa Patten.

Savings

Marlowe has been saving for a while now, and on Friday Gee Gee and Pop took him to the bank to cash in his change. He made out well and had a great time.

Happy Halloween Part II

Tonight Marlowe went trick-or-treating with mom and Aunt Brooke. Here he is collecting candy, posing with mom, posing again with mom and Aunt Brooke, and counting his loot.

Marlowe's second Halloween was action-packed. This morning Gee Gee and dad took him to the Kimmel Center's annual Halloween extravaganza, during which the Philadelphia Orchestra (its members in costume) played a number of spooky classical compositions.
